Camila Benitez

I graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Molecular and Cell Biology with an emphasis in neurobiology. During my undergrad I volunteered in the Dillin lab researching the actin cytoskeleton of C. elegans under the mentorship of Dr. Higuchi-Sanabria. Currently, I am working on diabetic and Huntington disease models. When I am not in lab, I enjoy cooking, drinking/learning about coffee, going to concerts, and bike rides.
